A job vacancy bulletin board
Vacancies can be posted by companies or recruitment agencies and each one will
have a full job description and include location and salary details.
Each job vacancy posted to the JobBoard can have skills tests, screening tests,
Now Do It tests, Personality Profiling and typing speed and accuracy tests,
linked to it. click here to see if we have the tests that you're looking for.
Candidates can select a vacancy from the JobBoard and immediately take screening
and skills tests from JobScreen, JobSkills, Now Do It, Personality Profiling
and JobTyping and thus, pre-qualify for interviews.
JobBoard – Creating a job vacancy
- The employer or recruitment agency logs into JobCircles using the corporate login.
- The Corporate Main Menu page shows all
current job vacancies pertaining to that company and all skills
tests collections that are current.
- From the "Go to JobNet" link the scheduler
is taken to the JobNet Control Panel.
- From the "Create New Vacancy link", the
scheduler creates a vacancy using the New Vacancy Wizard.
- The employer or recruitment agency completes the wizard after adding screening
and skills tests and a dedicated vacancy web page is generated e.g. http://www.jobcircles.co.uk/vacancyapply.aspx?id=1
Advertise the URL
The URL thus generated can be advertised along with the job vacancy or it can
be sent in an email so that a candidate can simply click on the web address and
gain instant access. Alternatively it can be placed on an Internet bulletin
board.
The new vacancy will be available on the JobBoard for up to 6 weeks.
