A comprehensive screening facility
Using JobScreen means only
the most likely candidates will take up your valuable time.
Questions can be selected from a pre-set batch or can be created individually. 4
different types of questions can be accessed: Multiple Choice, True/False,
Priority List and Free Text. "Killer questions" can be incorporated
so that one wrong answer can automatically disqualify a candidate.
JobScreen is part of JobNet and TestNet and is priced per job vacancy, per week
as part of JobScreen or per test, per candidate if part of TestNet. It can be
totally independent of any skills testing . Click here
to see if we have the
questions that you're looking for.
JobScreen – Creation Process
- The employer logs in to JobCircles using the Corporate Login.
- The Corporate Main Menu page shows all
current job vacancies pertaining to that company and all skills
tests collections that are current.
- From the "Go to JobNet" link the
scheduler is taken to the JobNet Control Panel. Alternatively, the
scheduler can click on the "Go to TestNet" link if an entry on the
JobBoard is not required.
- From the Vacancy Management Menu, the
scheduler creates a vacancy using the New Vacancy Wizard and
chooses to include JobScreen screening questions.
- The employer completes the wizard and a dedicated vacancy webpage is generated
.e.g. http://www.jobcircles.co.uk/vacancyapply.aspx?id=1
- The employer places an advert containing
the dedicated vacancy webpage address or emails a candidate
directly.
- The candidate reads the newspaper ad,
email or visits the JobCircles JobBoard.
- The candidate accesses the dedicated
vacancy webpage.
- The candidate views the vacancy
information and decides to continue with the application.
- If a placement on the JobBoard is not
required then a collection of screening questions are created and
candidates are invited to take the screening tests.
- The candidate completes their personal
details and uploads their CV/résumé if required.
- The candidate is then asked screening
questions by JobScreen.
- The scheduler periodically checks the
View Vacancy Applicants screen that summarises the candidate's
answers to the screening questions. The candidate's personal
details and CV/résumé can also be viewed from here.
- The employer makes the decision to interview the candidate, or not.
