Part Time Accounts Assistant needed to join a friendly finance team who look after the company accounts, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be primarily focussed on income and debtors. Duties will include processing payments, issuing invoices debt chasing and dealing with customer and Account Manager queries. In addition, the individual will provide occasional cover for purchase ledger functions. Continued growth as a company has meant that our client is now looking to increase the finance department. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be a quick learner, numerate, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of team. Previous experience in an accounts environment would be preferred but is not essential. Hours 25 per week preferably 9am to 2pm Mon - Fri. A company car may be provided. |
